The Secret to How We Use Our Favorite Social Good Hashtags!

The key for us is to reach existing and new social good audiences. We believe that at their core, people want to have a fulfilling life where they do social good and can earn a respectable living, sometimes they just need the tools, inspiration, and gentle guidance. If we only use hashtags that are industry standards, such as #hunger and #poverty, then we only reach people who already work in the hunger and poverty spaces. We want to communicate with a wider audience about the importance of combining people, profits, and the planet, so we incorporate nontraditional social good hashtags that have large followers, such as #photography, and then we use images as part of the post.
